Upload errors now resolved
This morning a number of users may have run into an error during uploading, such as “error accessing query string file,” due to a configuration error on our side. We’ve now fixed this problem, so you should be able to upload successfully again. Sorry for this inconvenience.

Hey guys. I’m STILL experiencing a problem when trying to upload powerpoint files via the bulk uploader interface. It comes back with an error stating that the trial evaluation period is over for Image Uploader…pointing to http://aurigma.com/ to pay for it.
I guess it’s time to shell out some clams for the real deal or find some other freebie trial app to use for your service?
Either way, it would be nice if you resolved the issue for your users!

The basic uploader is still failing - no errors, just timing out upon uplod completion - progress bar stuck at zero bytes remaining; Power uploading works fine for me.
Note that I was also trying to post a comment on the main blog regarding upload speed increases for premium members. My comment appears to post but never shows up.

Hi JoeyR, to fix that issue, turn off the “upload progress meter” in your My Account preferences.

Hey Rob,
That’s all well and good, but why should I have to disable features to make your service work? And what about the blog comment issue? I know that’s probably a WordPress bug, but I think it’s worth mentioning.

Hi JoeyR, some users experience Javascript issues with the upload progress meter, so we’ve set up that option to revert back to the simpler method to make sure uploading is still functional - sorry for that inconvenience. Your comment on the other blog was held for moderation, and is now online.
